All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Peter Woodbury is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in any of the tours and activities arranged by Peter Woodbury. All travelers are responsible for purchasing their respective insurance policy(ies) to cover expenses and handle emergencies associated with medical necessity, the loss of luggage, personal effects and any other insurable losses associated with their trip.

Please take extra care reading the section on insurance as well as all third-party insurance materials.
Itinerary: The itinerary, accommodations, and arrangements are subject to change or modification at the discretion of Peter Woodbury.
Expeditions: Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the program as planned, but changes may still occur after the final itinerary is sent to you. By booking a reservation with us, travelers understand that amenities, types of transport, routes, schedules, and itineraries may change without prior notice due to circumstances or events in the location due to, but not limited to, mechanical breakdowns, flight cancellations, illness, strikes, weather, political disputes, border crossing problems and other unforeseen factors.
Rates: Peter Woodbury will do everything possible to preserve the prices listed in the original marketing materials you receive. However, between the dates these prices are published and the trip’s actual departure date, unforeseen and exceptional cost increases may occur due to currency fluctuations, taxes, airfare and transport cost increases, or others that may force Peter Woodbury to assess a surcharge. If that unusual occurrence were to take place, the assessed surcharge will reflect only the specific cost increase. If the increase were to exceed 10% of the original cost of the tour, you may cancel within 10 days of receiving said notification and obtain a full refund.

4. FAQs/ASSURANCES
What if an unexpected change in circumstances causes the trip to be cancelled before departure?
You will have the option to either reschedule for a future date (keeping your 2021 price even if it increases) OR to receive a full refund.
What if I already purchased flights?
Most airlines are still offering Covid-related flexibility. Peter Woodbury will assist in guiding you through the process.
For the following questions related to travel insurance, we can at least answer regarding the policies from our recommended insurance provider, Travel Insured International
What will happen to the insurance policy I purchased if the trip is cancelled or postponed?
Travel Insured International will simply adjust the policy to new trip dates, or simply offer you a credit for future use.
Will my insurance policy cover me if I fall ill or test positive for Covid?
Certainly. As per TII: “COVID-19 is treated that same as any other sickness for purposes of all coverages that are triggered by a sickness or that can reimburse losses resulting from a sickness.” So, if getting Covid prevents you from traveling, your policy will cover you. If you get Covid while you are traveling, benefits will apply. Etc.

7. TRAVELER EXPECTATIONS & LIMITATIONS
As a travel “community”, the expectation of each traveler is to be punctual for designated meeting times – designated times to meet in the lobby to begin the tour, designated times to meet at the sites after free time to depart the site, and any other established group meeting time. Furthermore, each traveler is responsible to set their own “wake up call” to get ready to start the day. Each traveler has different needs in getting ready and it is the responsibility of each traveler to plan accordingly. If a traveler fails to show up for designated meeting times, the tour reserves the right to leave without the traveler and their meeting up with the group is their personal responsibility and their expense.
If a traveler decides to leave the tour for any reason, aside from a health matter or emergency, they will not be allowed to rejoin the tour at a later destination. Travelers are expected to begin and end the tour together.
